About reception of repaired goods during the holiday period
The final reception of support before the holidays is until 8/6 (Friday), and the reception of repaired products is by 8/5 (Thursday). Products will be handled before the holiday period.

Support operations will also be suspended during the holiday period, so please contact us for support requests during the period. We will respond sequentially from 8/16 (Monday).
