Safety Precautions for Mobile Batteries

In recent years, there have been numerous reports of fire incidents involving mobile batteries and battery-integrated products. These incidents are particularly common in high-temperature environments during the summer, due to physical impact or pressure, and from prolonged use leading to deterioration.

Usage and Storage Temperature Guidelines for Mobile Battery

  • Operating Temperature: 0°C to 30°C

  • Optimal Operating Temperature: 0°C to 25°C

  • Storage Temperature: 0°C to 30°C

  • Optimal Storage Temperature: 0°C to 25°C

Please store and use the mobile battery within the above temperature ranges.

Due to the nature of the product, mobile batteries are sensitive to heat, shock, and pressure. Therefore, do not throw, drop, or place heavy objects on the product (e.g., do not sit with it in your pocket). Also, avoid using or storing the product in high-temperature or high-humidity environments such as inside a car or in direct sunlight.

Please be cautious when charging the device while playing games, as this can cause the device to overheat.

A mobile battery is a portable backup power source capable of supplying power to smartphones and other electronic devices. However, like smartphone batteries, mobile batteries are consumable items and will degrade over time, affecting their lifespan.

Overcharging, such as leaving the battery to charge overnight, can also lead to deterioration and pose a fire hazard. Storing the battery with zero charge or not using it for extended periods can cause over-discharge, resulting in gas formation and battery swelling. If not used for a long time, maintain the battery charge at 50-80% and use it periodically.

Symptoms of Deterioration

- The battery drains faster compared to before.
- The charger becomes hotter than before.
- The battery cannot power electronic devices or does so slowly.
- The time taken to charge the battery itself is longer than before.
- The battery is swollen or damaged.

If you notice any of the above symptoms or feel any discomfort with our battery products, please stop using them immediately. Follow your local municipality's instructions for disposal or refer to our "Small Secondary Battery Collection" guidelines to return the battery to us for collection.
