Support Desk

  • Support inquiries before the holiday will be accepted until 12/26 (Fri).

  • Repair requests will be accepted for products that arrive at our company by 12/25 (Thu).

During the winter holiday period, all support operations will be suspended.
Inquiries received during this period will be answered sequentially from 1/5 (Mon).
