Regarding the reception of repair items during the holiday period:

The final date for support services before the holiday is Friday, August 9th, and repair items must be received by Thursday, August 8th to be processed before the holiday. Please note that our support services will be suspended during the holiday period. Any support inquiries received during this time will be addressed starting Monday, August 19th.
